ANAC provides research and valuation of investment opportunities in oil and gas, mining, real estate and other industries, advice in investment banking, securities, capital and investment management and a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes private and government owned international corporations, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
ANAC provides research of investment opportunities worldwide for oil & gas, mining, heavy and light industry, power plant, real estate and other industries. The international team collects source information by personal office and field visits and interviews of management and CEO's. The collected source financial reporting, market research and other data is further used for valuation and analysis by our financial team and investors to determine the accurate current intrinsic and market values of assets and investment projects.
We have experience as an international team in research and valuation of oil and gas assets worldwide. Starting from 2005 we reviewed and researched hundreds of different oil and gas, gas condensate fields and exploration blocks and concessions (green fields) in Kazakhstan, Russia and other CIS countries (Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia), South East Asia, South America, North America and Africa.
We studied uranium assets and fields in South, West and East Kazakhstan, brown coal mines and open pits, black coal reserves, production and marketing, copper and gold fields in Kazakhstan, Russia and South East Asia.
The financial and marketing team prepares reports on in-country and regional transportation route analysis for oil, refined oil products, gas and gas condensate and mining industry products, research and detailed due diligence of buyers and sellers for oil and gas, mining and other industries.
DEAL STRUCTURING
For many high value transactions and natural resource transactions in some particular countries the uniform approach to deal structuring under international standards may not be sufficient for the transaction conclusion and require country specific approach and individual deal structuring for each case. ANAC applies individual solutions to deal structuring to achieve workable and realistic transaction conclusion.
ANAC adds value to investors' assets by the most efficient deal structuring and provides advice in acquisition and sale of shares, assets, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financing, commodity hedging, direct financial investment, merger or consolidation, cross-border and complicated merger transactions, joint ventures, divestitures and other asset restructurings.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
ANAC provides investment management and asset management services for institutional and retail investors and individual clients. We provide Private Wealth Management for high-net-worth individuals and families, portfolio management and financial consulting in major asset classes with managed accounts, mutual funds and private investment funds.
We provide securities market advice and investment strategy development with respect to investment projects, stock market and mutual funds, including equity mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and trusts, Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs) and Royalty Trusts.
Complete due diligence of oil & gas assets in the Pre-Caspian, including feasibility study, geologic research and report preparation, legal analysis and deal structuring.
Uranium field facilities: complete due diligence of assets, including financial modeling, geologic, legal and other studies.
PROJECT FUNDING
ANAC raises capital for oil and gas, mining, construction, real estate and land development projects and other projects by leveraged or direct investment financing, IPO's or other equity funding. Currently, we are focused on several investment projects in Kazakhstan which are direct investments by asset acquisitions in oil and gas and mining sectors, including oil and gas fields, exploration blocks or concessions, oil and gas and gas condensate fields, coal, gold and silver fields. ANAC provides preliminary and complete due diligence of these investment projects for internal and stock market valuations and reports, investment advice and deal structuring.
Kazakhstan has been one of the fastest growing economies for over two decades and presents a high investment potential which goal is to diversify its economy to reduce dependence on hydrocarbon, mining and other raw material sector and to increase the portion of investments into other sectors of economy, such as processing industry, agriculture, manufacturing, chemistry and pharmaceuticals.
Among other Central Asian countries in the region which may become attractive for investment in the nearest future are Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. A number of international gas field development, infrastructure and pipeline construction projects were already started or in the planning stages in Turkmenistan, the country which seeks to diversify its gas transportation routes and attract more foreign investment.
ANAC also considers other countries which may have future economic growth potential for investment.

INVESTMENT BANKING
The financial and legal team provides investment advice with respect to local legislation, handles advisory assignments in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate defense activities, risk management, restructurings and spin-offs, debt and equity underwriting, domestic and cross-border transactions and derivative transactions related to these activities.
